QUALIFICATION

Fatin Nabilah binti Md Shukor holds a Bachelor of Law (Hons.) LL.B from Multimedia University (MMU). Upon the completion of her pupillage, she was called to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 13 January 2023.

EXPERIENCE

Following her admission to the Bar, Fatin Nabilah joined Messrs Aimi, Zainuritha & Co., Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, where she developed her foundation in civil litigation, with a focus on personal injury matters. During her tenure with the firm, she was exposed to the conduct of running down cases and personal injury claims, handling matters from the pre-litigation stage through to court proceedings, including the preparation of cause papers, affidavits, and court appearances before the Sessions Court and High Court.

In 2026, she joined Messrs Faiz & Izzuddin, Puchong, Selangor as Legal Associate. Her civil litigation practice encompasses general civil claims, debt recovery, and related litigation matters. She has developed a particular focus in motor accident claims, representing claimants and defendants in personal injury and property damage disputes arising from road traffic accidents, from the initial demand stage through to assessment of damages proceedings before the courts.
