QUALIFICATION
Muhammad Asyraff Bin Mohammad Ariff is a graduate
from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) with Bachelor of Law
(Hons.) LL.B in 2015 and Bachelor of Law Syariah (Hons.) LL.B_S in 2016. After
serving the pupillage period, he was called to the Bar as Advocate and
Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in Malacca on February 2017. He is also a
qualified Syariah lawyer for the State of Malacca.
EXPERIENCE
After acquiring double degrees, Muhammad Asyraff
Bin Mohammad Ariff became a pupil-in-chamber at Messrs Kartini and Partners
under the guidance of Puan Norulhuda Binti Ninggal where he handled mostly
conveyancing matters and some civil and shariah litigation cases.
Having two years of practice experience as legal
assistant at 3 different firms Messrs Kartini & Partners, Messrs Hafizah
Nik Nazifah & Partners and Messrs Faiz Hasan & Co. he experience
various legal matters from the beginning of receiving the brief until
completion of a case.
Mr. Muhammad Asyraff Bin Mohammad Ariff have
experience in mostly conveyancing matters, transaction of real properties like
drafting, preparing and reviewing legal agreements from individuals (subsales),
developers (direct sales) such as Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB) , corporate
bodies such as Majlis Bandaraya Melaka Bersejarah (MBMB) including security
documents for Islamic and Conventional Financing by banks such as Malayan
Banking Berhad, Bahagian Pinjaman Perumahan (BPP), Lembaga Pembiayaan Perumahan
Sektor Awam (LPPSA), CIMB Bank Berhad, Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA), Bank
Simpanan Nasional (BSN), Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad (BMMB), Bank Islam
Malaysia Berhad (BIMB) and Malaysia Building Society Berhad (MBSB).
He also rendered professional services to clients
in relation to Syariah matters such as drafting, preparing and reviewing court
documents and attended open court matters, hearings and trials.
In addition, he also has experience in civil litigation
matters such as debt recovery as well as criminal litigation matters acting as
defense counsel for dock brief, bail and mitigation cases.
Effective from June, 2020 until present Mr.
Muhammad Asyraff Bin Mohammad Ariff is one of the founding partner to the firm
of Messrs Faiz Adib Asyraff & Izzuddin main office located in Puchong,
Selangor.
