1. QUALIFICATION
Muhammad Faiz Bin Hasan holds
a double degree of Bachelor of Law (Hons.) LL.B in 2015 and Bachelor of Law Syariah
(Hons.) LL.B_S in 2016 from reputable International Islamic University Malaysia
(IIUM). In December 2016, he was called to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate
& Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. Later in 2018, he was admitted as
certified Syarie Lawyer for Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur.
2. EXPERIENCE
In 2016, He completed his
pupilage at Messrs. Zulpadli & Edham, Kuala Lumpur in the chamber of Mr.
Azizul Ashraf Bin Abdul Aziz. During his pupillage, he had widely exposed in
Banking Litigation and Debt Recovery works especially on contested matters for
several remarkable financial institutions such as Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad,
Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia, MBSB and Bank Simpanan Nasional. He has been
trained in drafting course papers including replying Statement of Claim,
Affidavits and preparing Submission. He also has been given the opportunity to
appear in the Lower Court and in the High Court’s chambers representing the
clients.
Subsequently in 2017, he joined
‘in-house’ in private sector and was offered the position of Legal Officer in
MP3 Sdn Bhd. In few months, he was entrusted to lead the Claim and Debt
Recovery Department of the said firm based on his tremendous performance, vast
experience and network of clientele. He has in depth knowledge
and experience in handling all kind of claim against and for the notable insurers,
banking institutions and local authorities. Nonetheless of his short-term
service with the firm, he dealt extensively in cases relating to running down
matters, debt recovery, drafting and reviewing agreements and other
documentations.
Considering his eagerness and
deep interest of leading an organization in legal profession, he decided to
setup a sole proprietor under the name and style of Messrs Faiz Hasan & Co.
in mid-2017. Standing on his own, he grabs the opportunity to expand his
knowledge and experiences to deal with various kind of cases especially in civil
litigation, syarie litigation, debt recovery, medico legal, insurance claim,
administration of estate as well as drafting and reviewing agreements. He
developed his marketing and communication skills throughout his years as sole
proprietor.
Effective from 19th
June 2020, he is one of the founding and managing partners in main offce of
Messrs Faiz, Adib, Asyraff & Izzuddin (formerly known as Messrs Faiz Hasan
& Co.) which is based in Puchong, Selangor.
