Qualification
Muhammad
Izzuddin Bin AB Malek has graduated with a Bachelor of Law (Hons.) LL.B in
2015. He was called to the Malaysia Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor of the
High Court of Malaya in Malacca in 2016. He is also a qualified Syariah Lawyer
for the State of Malacca. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Syariah and
Practice (DLSA) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in 2017.

Izzuddin Bin AB Malek reads law at International Islamic University Malaysia
(IIUM) and graduated with a Bachelor of Law (Hons.) LL.B in 2015. He later
commenced his pupillage for nine months at Messrs Kartini & Partners,
Malacca where he gained exposure in civil and criminal litigation, conveyancing
and syariah matters.
After
he was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2016, he served as a Legal Assistant in
Messrs Kartini & Partners where he dealt extensively in both civil and
criminal litigation, syariah and administration of estate, and also corporate
matters. In civil litigation matters, he had given a trust in handling cases in
various level of Court of Malaya on behalf of Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB),
Telekom Malaysia (TM), Majlis Perbandaran Hang Tuah Jaya (MPHTJ), Majlis
Bandaraya Melaka Bersejarah (MBMB), Yayasan Melaka, and Technical University of
Malaysia Malacca (UTeM). He also dealt extensively in cases involving
administration of estate, running down matters, debt recovery, land dealing and
others. In criminal matters, he had represented Indonesian citizens under
direction of Consulate General of Indonesia for cases in Malacca.
From
March 2019 until June 2020, he served as a Legal Assistant with Messrs Faiz Hasan
& Co., where he was entrusted to head the newly opened branch in Malacca
where he dealt extensively in both civil and criminal litigation, shariah and
administration of estate, and also corporate matters. He also has been
appointed by several SME Companies to provide legal opinions and drafting legal
documents for the smooth flow of the companies.
Effective
from 19th June 2020, he is one of the founding partners of Messrs
Faiz, Adib, Asyraff & Izzuddin (formerly known as Messrs Faiz Hasan &
Co.) who had been entrusted to manage
the firm’s branch in Malacca.
